Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains how you may and may not use Sendlush services, websites, APIs, and related tools (collectively, the "Service"). This AUP is part of our Terms of Service.

2. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for all email content, recipient data, sending practices, and activity under your account. You must have lawful basis, permission, and required notices/consents for every recipient you contact.

3. Prohibited Content and Activity

You may not use the Service to send, host, distribute, or promote:

• Spam or unsolicited bulk email in violation of applicable anti-spam laws.
• Phishing, impersonation, fraud, scams, or deceptive/misleading communications.
• Malware, ransomware, spyware, viruses, or harmful executable content.
• Illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening, or defamatory material.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
• Adult, gambling, counterfeit, or regulated content where prohibited by law or provider policy.

4. List Quality and Consent Requirements

• No purchased, scraped, rented, or third-party lists without verified consent.
• No role-based blasting (e.g., info@, admin@) without legal basis and relevance.
• You must provide clear unsubscribe/opt-out mechanisms where required by law.
• You must honor opt-out requests promptly and maintain suppression practices.

5. Platform and Security Abuse

You may not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, or data.
• Bypass authentication, quotas, IP warming controls, or sender reputation safeguards.
• Probe, scan, reverse engineer, or attack infrastructure without written authorization.
• Use automation intended to overload, disrupt, or degrade service stability.

6. Compliance and Authentication

You must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including anti-spam and privacy laws. Where applicable, configure and maintain proper sender authentication records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and accurate sender identity.

7. Monitoring and Enforcement

To protect users and deliverability, we may investigate suspected abuse and take action, including warning, throttling, blocking content, suspending features, or terminating accounts. We may act immediately for high risk activity.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised policy.
